Summer Garden

Vietnamese herb, rau ram, its a prolific grower. Soak the stems in water, and roots will sprout within a couple of days, then plant in a sunny location. Pick the tips of the plant, and it will spread. My pomeranian loves this stuff, but hates mint. I don't think its poisonous to dogs, she's been ok, and I don't let her eat tons of it.
Lovely sage that I grew from seed. It was so easy to grow, just sprinkle the seeds and neglect it and it grew. It self seeds so it grows back every year until someone in your family decides to pull it all out on you.
Bitter melon. It is bitter, but if you leave it on the vine until it almost falls off, the stuff surrounding the seeds become red, gelatinous and sweet and can be eaten.
Winter melon. These things are huge and heavy. The fuzzy exterior is somewhat abrasive, becareful when handling.
Yellow tomatoes. I've grown these from seed for a few years now. They provide sooo many tomatoes in the fall. They're low acid, sweet, and quite pretty. They're perfect for snacking, putting into tomato salads, and anything really.
