Pork, cabbage potstickers, dumplings, gyoza. I can't wait for spring when ramps sprout up in bounty in the wooded area by my house. They'll make a great stuffing for these dumplings. Boil them, or stir fry. I like to eat these with a few dipping sauces, a combination of soy sauce and chili oil, red chinese vinegar and ginger.
