I learned to make rolls in my baking basic class at George Brown College, Toronto. I was really impressed with the crown loaf that we had made, so I tried making this at home. I topped it with cheddar cheese, sliced green onions and any other spices and additions that I could find in my spice rack.
The recipe yielded a lot of dough, so I also experimented with some braiding and fun shapes. Some turned out better than others.
